What's actually in your treats?
One thing. Each treat is a single, wild-caught seafood ingredient — sardine or prawn — slowly air-dried whole. No fillers, additives, preservatives or colours.
Where is the seafood sourced?
Every catch is landed in the cold, clean waters of the Southern Ocean off South Australia — much of it around Port Lincoln — by local fishers. It's single-origin and fully traceable, so we always know exactly where it came from.
Are the treats grain-free?
Yes. With just one seafood ingredient and nothing added, every treat is naturally grain-free, gluten-free and free from any plant fillers.
How should I store them & how long do they last?
Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dry spot out of direct sun. Unopened, they'll keep for up to 12 months; once opened, reseal and use within about 4 weeks for best freshness.
Feeding & safety
How many treats can I give a day?
As a rule of thumb, treats should make up no more than 10% of your pet's daily calories. The rest should come from a complete, balanced diet. When in doubt, check with your vet.
Are they suitable for both dogs and cats?
Absolutely. Dogs love the sardines and chunks; cats (and smaller pets) tend to go wild for the prawns. For cats, always offer fish as a treat or topper alongside complete, balanced food — not as a meal replacement.
Can puppies and kittens have them?
Our recommendation is no — until they've just reached adult stage. Introduce any new food gradually, breaking treats into smaller pieces to suit little mouths.
My pet has allergies — is seafood a good option?
Often, yes. Seafood is a ‘novel’ protein many pets have never reacted to, and a single-ingredient treat makes it easy to trace what agrees with them. If your pet has a diagnosed allergy, check with your vet first.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order over $39.99. Your cart will show the exact cost before you pay.
How long will my order take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 2–6 business days depending on where you are in Australia. Metro areas are on the faster end.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Not just yet — we currently ship within Australia only.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.
Orders & returns
What if my pet doesn't like them?
We stand behind our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If your dog or cat turns their nose up, get in touch at hello@tidentail.com.au within 30 days and we'll make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's on its way we can't recall it, but our 100% Satisfaction guarantee still applies.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Afterpay at checkout.
