These terms apply to your use of the Tide & Tail Co. website and to any orders you place with us. By using our site or buying our products, you agree to these terms.

Our products

Our treats are one-ingredient, wild-caught seafood intended as a supplementary treat for dogs and cats — not a complete diet. Always provide fresh water and feed under supervision.

We take care to describe our products accurately, but colours and sizes of natural, air-dried seafood may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). We may update prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already placed.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. If we cancel an order you’ve paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

Shipping and delivery

We ship Australia-wide. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 3-5 business days (Standard) or 1-2 business days (Express) — Australia Post estimates, not guaranteed. See our Return Policy for damaged or incorrect items.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including our logo, text, images and design — belongs to Tide & Tail Co. and may not be used without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to replacing the product or refunding its purchase price.
